Important Rental Information!

*Parkland Shelter will not be availabe for the 2025 rental season due to construction.  
2025 Park Shelter Permit Season
•    Park Shelter, Park Area, and Bridge Rental season runs May-September only!
•    Only online and walk-up reservations will be made from March 10-September 30, 2025.  No phone reservations will be taken during that time.​​​​

 

Picnic Shelter Rental Requests Information
•    Picnic Shelter Rental season runs May-September only!
•    Online Reservation requests need to be made at the latest 48 hours before the scheduled date. Please only submit one shelter/park area per rental request.
•    All Shelter Rental Requests will only be approved Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  
•    Please check your email for Rental Approval confirmation. 
•    Payment Info: After you receive your email Rental Approval, please go back to your on-line account and make payment.  Payment must be completed within 48 hours after you receive the approval email by Parks Staff. 
•    Cancellation Notice-A cancellation of a permit will result in the forfeiture of the entire permit fee.  NO REFUNDS!
•    Permit Change-An additional fee of $5.00 will be assessed for any change in activity date, park area, and/or athletic field once the permit has been issued. Permit holder has up to 30 days before the activity date to make changes.  For example, if your rental permit date is July 1st, changes must be made by June 1st.
